Steven has 16 years of airline and advisory experience, 8 of these with low-cost carriers, in senior commercial roles. Steven brings an understanding of the airline industry and its supporting network of airports and travel retailers as well as a track record of success in the development and delivery of innovative retailing solutions.
His specialist areas include sales and distribution, revenue management, ancillary revenue, E-Commerce, social marketing and commercial strategy. Steven has a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Political Science from The University of Queensland and currently lives in most of the world’s major airports when not residing in Singapore.
