Gary is the CEO & Chairman of the Board. Gary has extensive experience in the IT industry. He is principal of Marcel Equity Group which is a substantial shareholder in Invigor and invests in technology businesses.Gary was CEO and Executive Chairman of iSOFT Group Limited. Together with Brian Cohen, Gary built iSOFT into one of Australia’s largest technology companies with operations in over 40 countries. Previously to this Gary was a leading legal practitioner and a principal of an Australian investment bank.

Gregory (Greg) Cohen is Group Director and a member of the Board. Greg, together with Marcel Equity Group is a substantial shareholder in Invigor.Greg has an extensive international background in financial services and general management gained from a 27 year career with Ford Credit, the captive financing arm of Ford Motor Company.Greg brings to Invigor his significant expertise in the financial-services sector and operational market experience in Australia, Europe, S.E. Asia, India, and China.

John Hayson is a Non-Executive Director. He is a director and owner of H Investments (NZ) Limited, a property company specialising in the development of new residential land estates and the construction of homes, villas and retail projects in Christchurch, New Zealand. Prior to pursuing his own interests, Mr. Hayson gained experience in corporate finance and the origination and distribution of structured finance products at several companies, including BT Australia Limited and Schroders Australia Limited.

Tony was a management accountant for Coopers & Lybrand, now Price Waterhouse Coopers, in both London and Sydney. Tony engaged in credit risk management and corporate administration, he opened and managed the office in the New Hebrides, where he undertook do not the management of a wide variety of companies under the corporations Law responsible to creditors’, lenders and stakeholders. Tony advised on business viability, preparation of strategic plans and restructuring initiatives and became the National Service Line director for that division.

Roger has over forty years’ experience in sales and operations, including end-to-end management of supply chains, sales activities, sourcing and customer relations and owns the Arc Fashion group.

Roger, together with his brother Anthony, founded the Jewish House 31 years ago. Over time the organisation has grown into a prominent provider of crisis care services for the broader Sydney community, now available to all who seek its services.

    Jeremy is a seasoned Corporate Development executive with over 20 years’ experience in value creation for companies through advisory and leading strategic initiatives. He has advised numerous Australian and international companies on their inorganic growth strategies in Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK and South East Asia. Jeremy is the founder and Managing Director of Rockridge Group, a high-intervention investment business, and has been a director and part of the senior management team of each of Rockridge’s investee companies.Previously, Jeremy was an Executive Director of IBA Health, then the largest health IT company listed on the ASX. In the early part of his career, Jeremy was a solicitor with Baker & McKenzie.

    Leanne Ralph  holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Finance, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance, is an Associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia and a member of the Institutes Corporate and Legal Issues Committee, and an Affiliate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

    Leanne is the principal of Boardworx Australia Pty Ltd that provides bespoke outsourced Company Secretarial services to ASX listed and unlisted entities.  She has over 15 years of experience in the industry and holds the position of Company Secretary for a number of the entities that Boardworx advises to, across a range of industry sectors.

    Bachelors degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and is also a certified PMP.

    Preethi Narayanan is the CEO of our India Operation. Preethi has more than 26 years of experience in software development, and has led cross-functional and global teams to deliver enterprise scale solutions.  Over the years she has played several technical and management roles in various organisations in India and USA.

      Christof Peltason is Condat’s Chief Executive Officer. Born in Tokyo he studied Computer Science and Mathematics in Bonn and made his PhD at the Department of Computer Science at the TU Berlin.

      After having held positions as software developer and project manager at Siemens AG he joined Condat, took charge of executive functions in the field of Telecommunications and built up Condat’s media business.
